T1 is down

Incident date:  9/5/12

Customer Complaint:  T1 is down

System Information:  Definity G3-V8, Audix VM

Corrective Action:

Monitor reported minor alarm against DS1 board 02C06. Logged in and found trunk group 7 out of service. Signal group 1 was out of service as well. Spoke with client, they have turned in a ticket with SW Bell and will let us know what they find out.

Received forwarded email from tech. CO stated a fiber had been cut and that there was no ETA on the repair at this time. She will keep us informed.

JD received call from the answering service from client stating the circuit was back up.
