Customer Complaint: Power outage took out power supply

System information:  Definity G3siV9, Intuity Audix R4.4

Corrective action:

Assisted onsite contact "Wayne" with replacing 1217A SCC power supply. Verified correct operations. Logged into PBX and checked alarms. Will be sending replacement power supply to replenish one used from crash kit.
