On Monday, April 3rd, our Intuity Voicemail Server had a critical hard disk failure-which shut down our voicemail functionality 100%. On behalf of myself and my staff here at the Springfield Division, I wanted to take a moment to thank Andy and Cornerstone who did an OUTSTANDING job! Andy configured two hard disks and sent them both overnight (even with a late incident call) to me. Working with Andy, we installed the Seagate drive, restored the tape backups and were up and running by 2:30 PM today.
