We are partnering with well-established Brokers and Interconnects who wish to enhance their business by providing value added services for their Avaya and Nortel clients. With this partnership, you can deliver valuable telecom maintenance solutions to your customers.

 

Our Partnership Program has been successfully implemented by many Brokers and Interconnects and offers exciting benefits and opportunities to strengthen your telecom service company. For starters, you will be compensated with a percentage of the annual maintenance contract, thus providing you with recurring revenue. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional revenue from providing on-site service and bi-annual preventive maintenance for all contracted maintenance locations. In the event your customers need additional equipment, you are eligible to receive wholesale pricing on your telecom purchases. Cornerstone’s Partnership Program expands the scope of your company and increases your service potential by allowing you to become a full-service maintenance provider.

This program also allows you to continue supporting your client in regard to any MAC work that is needed.

The Partnership Program includes the following benefits for you and your clients:

On-Site Crash Kits

Cornerstone provides On-Site Crash Kits, which include common control components, power supplies and voice terminals (when applicable). These help maximize uptime in the event of telecom equipment failure.

Preventive Maintenance

You will be contracted to provide this valuable service which includes the cleaning/changing of filters, checking the environment and overall physical condition of the switch/switch room and making certain that your clients telecom system is running alarm and error free. This dramatically reduces the chance for service-affecting events while putting money in your pocket!

24/7 Secure Watch Monitoring Service

Cornerstone’s round-the-clock monitoring service keeps an eye on your clients PBX system, delivering first step analysis of service-affecting events. These notifications may be sent to any device or email address the customer chooses. When a maintenance call is required, you will be paid by Cornerstone to take care of your customer.

Help Desk

Cornerstone gives you and your customer direct access to our professionally staffed complimentary Help Desk throughout the life of the contract. This customer-service feature provides the ability to address everyday issues without additional billing concerns.

Guaranteed Response Times

A technician will generally begin working on your issue remotely within minutes of a major alarm notification or once a service call is received. In the event a technician must be dispatched, Cornerstone guarantees a 4 hour response time for a Major Failure.

Single Point of Contact

Cornerstone respects their customers and knows their time is valuable. Single Point of Contact ensures that your telecommunication issues will be addressed accurately and efficiently. Our trained technical service representatives possess the expertise to identify your service event and assign your call to the appropriate technician, through Tier III support. This technician will then work directly with you in order to resolve the matter.

Web Portal Ticketing Service

Cornerstone is always looking for ways to maximize convenience and efficiency of operations. Web Portal is a password-protected system offering state-of-the-art technology that enables the client to internally create and monitor the progress of each telecom maintenance service event online.

Investment Protection

Cornerstone supports all Avaya and Nortel manufactured products, releases and versions. We can maintain your customer’s current telecommunications equipment, only opting for system upgrades when it makes business sense. Investment Protection is a cost-effective feature that demonstrates how committed Cornerstone Communications is to the overall success of their customers.

Warehouse Inventory

Cornerstone Communications has over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space fully stocked with Avaya and Nortel maintenance hardware, including legacy products. All of our telecommunications equipment is tested, serialized and ready for next-day, even same-day delivery.

Vacation Coverage Plus

We understand there are times your staff technician will be unavailable for an extended time period or possibly even overloaded by extra projects. Cornerstone can provide you with a solution for your specific situation.
